The Iowa United Methodist Foundation's focus is totally on service to Iowa United Methodist individuals, churches, the Annual Conference and related agencies. Services are concentrated in two basic areas--fund development and investment management.

Fund development services: working with individuals in planning charitable gifts, assisting local churches with planned giving programs and special campaigns; and, providing fund-raising services for the Annual Conference and related agencies.

Investment management services: provide investment options within the Social Principles of the United Methodist Church for local churches, the Conference and related agencies, and, investing and managing charitable trusts and endowments from United Methodist individuals.

Governance: The Foundation is governed by approximately 30 men and women, laity and clergy. These individuals bring their diverse and rich experiences to the Foundation. They are business leaders, bankers, attorneys, farmers, homemakers, insurance and investment experts, etc.
